Presbyterian Christian School is proud to announce that senior Bradley Graham has been named a National Merit Semifinalist in the 2026 National Merit Scholarship Program. This recognition places Bradley among the top high school students in the nation.
Each year, about 1.3 million juniors enter the National Merit Scholarship Program by taking the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT). Of those, only about 16,000 students, less than one percent of U.S. high school seniors, earn the distinction of Semifinalist. These students now have the opportunity to continue in the competition for some 7,500 National Merit Scholarships worth nearly $30 million.
Bradley has excelled both inside and outside of the classroom during his time at PCS. He is a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, and ACT 30+ Club. Academically, he has challenged himself with six Advanced Placement courses, including AP European History, AP U.S. History, AP English Language, AP U.S. Government, AP Physics 1, and AP English Literature. He also completed Dual Credit Chemistry last year and is currently enrolled in Dual Credit Calculus.
Beyond academics, Bradley is involved in numerous campus organizations and activities. He participates in Bobcat Company, Choir, Senior Beta Club, and Quiz Bowl, and he has contributed to PCS athletics by serving in the IT Department and operating the Jumbotron at home football games. His academic dedication has been recognized with the AP Scholar Award and the College Board’s BigFuture National Recognition Program School Recognition Award.
Looking ahead, Bradley plans to attend Duke University to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering.
PCS congratulates Bradley on this incredible achievement and celebrates his hard work, dedication, and representation of the Bobcat community at the national level.
