“Football has impacted my life in more ways than I can explain. For one, it has made me a better person. Football has given me a way to further my football career and help to pay for my college education. My favorite thing about football is the friends I have made over the years and the competition against other players and teams. This year we expect to have an outstanding season. We hope to improve on last year’s season by winning more games and advancing to the state championship. It will be challenging to replace Marquis Crosby and the senior players that we lost to graduation, but I think we have improved tremendously during the off-season as a team. We are very excited to be led by coach White and his assistant coaches, Coach Magee, Coach Ferrell, Coach Martin, and Coach Grace. We are also very excited about the additions of Coach Caldwell, and Coach Prince.
God has blessed me tremendously by giving me the ability to play football at a very high level. Football has shaped my character by requiring me to have a very disciplined work ethic and the ability to work with others. Football has taught me many things over the years mostly how to deal with challenges and adversity. My favorite football memory is when PCS won our 2nd playoff game in school history last season and Marquis Crosby setting the state record for rushing yards and leading the country in rushing. This year our PCS fans can expect us to have a very high-powered offense and a strong defense led by one of the strongest defensive lines in the state. Let’s go Bobcats!”
