My favorite thing about softball is competing. I enjoy seeing the team cheer each other on and celebrating with one another.
From softball I’ve learned even when things aren’t going well, encouraging others is important and keeps the team fighting.
My character has been shaped by softball because I have learned how to be a leader. My favorite softball memory will always be the bus rides and road trips.
This next year, you can expect a stronger and harder working team. We have added players and look to continue to grow the program.
Softball has impacted my future because the skills and leadership traits I have developed will carry with me beyond sports and into life. Learning to lead, encourage others, and keep working no matter the circumstances are life-long skills I will continue to use.
